A heritage steam express in classic green livery, complete with a tender and cream-and-maroon passenger carriages. From the smokebox door to the carriage windows, it's built to look like the express trains that ran these lines a century ago.

It runs on its own track. Two M motors driven by a BH4.0 module send it forward and back around the included oval loop, controlled from the ten-key 2.4G remote or from your phone through the app. An LED light in the locomotive lights the way ahead.

The detail carries through the whole rake. The tender opens to show the mechanical structure inside, the carriages have opening doors and a full vintage interior with wooden bench seating and table lamps, and the coupling structure between cars is modelled properly rather than simplified.

With 2,206 pieces, this is a substantial build with a working train at the end of it. Set up the loop on a table or shelf and let it run.
