Missing Brick Replenishment

We provide a one-time free brick replenishment service for each purchase you made on mouldkingcorp.com

Please assist us to locate missing pieces:

1) Circle the page number, step number, and the missing brick in the building instruction book.

2) Take one clear photo of each entire page showing the circled information.

(Please see the example image above for reference.)

For a case of missing inner bag:

1) Align all bags in sequence of their bag numbers.

2) Take one photo of all the bags, ensuring all bag numbers are visible.


Fill out the form below, upload the photos you took, and submit your request to us.

Your replacement submission will be processed daily. Please note that blurry images or insufficient information may lead to rejection by the after-sales department. To avoid delays, ensure the information you provide is accurate and the photos are clear.

Damaged Motor/Battery:

1) Circle the page number, step number, and the damaged Motor or Battery in the building instruction book.

2) Take one clear photo of the entire page showing the circled information.

3) Take one video demonstrating the issue with the damaged Motor or Battery.

4) Fill out the form below, upload the photos you took, and submit your request.

5) Send the video to cs@mouldkingcorp.com using the email you used for purchase.

 

Purchases Elsewhere

We cannot directly assist with missing parts for purchases made outside our official channels. This is because our distributors operate independently, and we don't have access to your order details. For replacements, please contact the merchant you purchased from. All authorized Mould King dealers offer their own after-sales support, including missing part replacements.
