This product is an original Mould King building set inspired by the Chrysler Building in New York City. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Chrysler, the Chrysler Building, its owners, The LEGO Group, or any related rights holders.
The Mould King 22036 brings the Chrysler Building to life in brick form — all 64.5 cm of it. This 2,265-piece replica of New York City's beloved Art Deco landmark captures the building's full silhouette, from its warm limestone-toned tower to its iconic stainless-steel crown, and includes a built-in LED light belt so the windows glow from within.
The crown is the centerpiece of the build. Tiered arching forms sweep upward in deep green, decorated with printed sunburst fan patterns that reproduce the building's signature Art Deco ornament. A slender spire rises from the top, and the stepped setbacks along the crown read true to the original skyline silhouette. At the upper setback level, a faithful replica of the building's famous eagle gargoyle figure perches on its corner balcony — one of the most distinctive details of the real structure.
The tower rises floor by floor in warm tan, with rows of transparent window pieces backed by round dome elements that diffuse the built-in LED light across the facade. The black display base surrounds the tower with miniature street trees and carries a nameplate reading "Chrysler Building — The Queen of Art Deco." The LED light belt and battery case slide into a hidden drawer beneath the base to keep the footprint clean.
At 64.5 cm tall, this is a commanding room centerpiece by day and a glowing skyline piece by night. A detailed and rewarding build for architecture enthusiasts aged 14 and up, with step-by-step building instructions included.
