We are unable to select a specific local carrier, as this is determined by your shipping address and the current delivery conditions.

If a shipping country/region is not available on our page, it means that we currently do not offer a shipping method for that location.

The checkout price with standard shipping is the final price, including the import fee. For express shipping, taxes may apply if the value is high. If we anticipate that the order might be subject to taxes, we will contact the customer before shipment. Additionally, if you purchase multiple packages from overseas within a certain period, customs may evaluate the total value to determine whether taxes apply. In such cases, we are not responsible for any additional charges.

Currently we only have overseas warehouses in the United States, and orders from other markets are shipped from China.

For orders from the United States, if you select the "Express US-Direct Shipping" Shipping Method on Checkout Page, your packages will be shipped from our warehouse in California, US. For all other Shipping Methods available on Checkout Page, your packages will be shipped from our warehouse in mainland China.

We take great care in our production process to ensure that missing parts are a rare occurrence. Our fully automated production line and advanced mechanized sorting system work together to carefully account for every component. Additionally, the bagging process is closely monitored with infrared cameras and manual weighing to minimize the chance of missing parts.

Yes, you can get replenishment service on this page. Please note that:
(1) the missing bricks can be provided free of charge but will have a $75 HKD (About 10USD or 8.5 EUR) shipping fee on billing.
(2) Inner bag missing, please contact the merchant you purchased from.
(3) Power Module and Motors broken or missing, please contact the merchant you purchased from.

This is because our distributors operate independently, and we don't have access to your order details. For replacements, please contact the merchant you purchased from. Unfortunately, we do not offer spare bricks for purchase. We focus on selling our set products.

Unfortunately, we do not offer paper manuals for purchase. However, digital versions of the manuals are available for download.

Digital manuals are available for download and viewing via the Mould King App. They can also be accessed on the product page where applicable. We will continue to regularly review and upload new manuals as they become available.
